Called Casey with accounts to cancel an order that my elderly father had made. He didn't remember ordering the service as he is experiencing cognitive issues. Casey provided one of the most satisfying customer service experiences that I have ever been a party to. Her sympathy for our family situation was genuine, she cancelled the order and even refunded my father's money which was unexpected.
