I was finally able to reach a young woman who was of immense help. For medical reasons I needed to cancel my warranty insurance. The last person I'd spoken to said nothing about needing to fill out a cancellation form and she tried for twenty minutes to get me to keep the insurance. The policy has been well worth it and highly recommend this service over any warranty offered at a dealership.

Most of the representatives are knowledgeable & polite but every once in a while you'll get someone who is rude & unprofessional..Over all so far a thumbs up just was a little confused about getting a rental when my vehicle was in the shop.
