Without getting too deep into the weeds, let’s just say that Max provided a level of care that you would typically expect from a family member. He went above and beyond of what I would consider “Customer Service”. If you’re reading this, thanks Max. Just when I thought all hope was gone when it comes to Customer Service, you some how managed to raise my level of expectations.
