I think Mike did all he could to make all things as clear as possible. And while doing so he made sure I had the best possible service contract available for my circumstance and automobile, I just could not ask for more.

I spoke to Chelsea in claims and she was everything you could ask for in a customer service representative. She has advanced problem solving skills and listened intently to my concerns. Many times in order to protect a brand or themselves , an agent will simply read from a script or argue their point but not Chelsea. She was able to portray the brand in a positive light with exaggerating in an attempt to gain my confidence or up selling the customer and risking the relationship. I gave Endurance five stars for Tabitha ******* professional, caring, and efficient customer service. She was GREAT! I had never received my contract nor the rewards promotions promised when I sighned up in May of 2020. I really appreciated her service.
My husband and I just purchased an older vehicle and I was looking to get extended warranty coverage. I saw the reviews for endurance and called for a quote. I was very happy with Mack the representative I spoke with, he went above and beyond to help me be able to get the best coverage for our new vehicle. The customer service representative was professional and absolutely wonderful he explained everything to me told me when I would get the price was fantastic and the service is great.
