I appreciated his help so much as he talked to me in laymans terms and good common sense....a good worthwhile employee that seemed to like his customers. My vehicle's water pump failed and the repair shop was also saying that the failure of the water pump and the coolant leaking had ruined the drive belt. The repair shop advised me that the request that the warranty also cover the drive belt replacement was being denied by Interstate Warranty.
