Very mixed experience with them. Have used them for 4 years, 3 cars now. First off 5 stars to *****************! He was very thorough about checking policy coverages and info. He really got to the bottom of a few concerns and issues I had and he was very knowledgeable and unlike a few others he actually took his time with the call and didn't merely transfer me multiple times and have me on hold for a hour +. I received a quick refund from Endurance after cancelling with in the 30 days. no run around at all. Money was deposited back into my bank account with in a few days. I decided my vehicle had numerous modifications probably ever expect to get any break down approved so decided not to risk it and keep the money
