I've had the warranty with Endurance for about 2 years now, and have only needed to use it once, and they honored the contract for the cost of repair at my dealer. Recently there was a billing issue and Nicole B was very friendly and helpful in fixing it. Great customer service, thank you Nicole!

I recently called Endurance for information on a part that was not covered and Mr. Joe ******* was kind and courteous enough to help me find a solution to my issue. Although the part wasn't cover, Mr. ******* helped me as if it was. He suggested a few options and eased my mind when I ended the call....this gentleman deserves to be rewarded. Great job Joe.....
