Just got through my 30 day waiting period. So far so good. No repairs needed. My auto seems to be well built. I believe Endurance was the correct choice in extended warranties.
My experience with the agent was very informative and pleasant. My only concern, which I pointed out to the agent, was that I would have a waiting period of 200 miles AND 90 days (or 3 months) before my plan would be active. I explained that it's very seldom that I drive more than 50 miles per month and that I would probably reach the 90 days before I would complete 200 miles but unfortunately, that did not seem to make a difference. Good Communication Friendly Support Works with you ********** are not long at all
I called what thought was a different company, but I got Endurance. My wife talked with the agent for over an hour about a plan we liked and the cost. How we have to wait the 30 days grace ****** and hopefully we won't have any major repairs before the 30 days are up.
The rep was nice, patient, understanding, knowledgeable of my account, and courteous.
I been with Endurace for a few years now and never been sorry purchasing this warranty. The agents are very helpful. When I need a repair on my vehicle they have my back. Awesome
