I just got my policy a week ago! BUT I have driven 500 miles so far and now my breaks are growing! Wish I had called sooner! lol
Good quality they keep up to the end of the contract to cover the parts, unfortunately ***'s Auto was trying to get me to fix the other side, which endurance says they didn't prove it need fixing , mechanic refuse to fix one side and not the other. ***'s Auto charge me $100 for the inspection. I feel they're not good to endurance's customers.

Any time I have had to call customer ********************** they have been so very kind and helpful....sometimes I've had to call for payment issues and they are so wonderful to work with. The very few times that I have made a claim, things went incredibly smoothly. The ONLY negative is the roadside assistance, that has been a nightmare; however this isn't Endurance's fault- the blame lies with the tow company. The Agent I spoke with was very detailed oriented to the information that they were presenting to me. I asked several questions over and over again and they were able to answer all the questions.
