As a previous customer from 2019 I can attest to a MARKED IMPROVEMENT over the Old Endurance policies serviced by Mepco. I truly appreciate the New Endurance policies and scope of covered repairs utilizing OEM parts and paying 100% of Dealership labor rates. The NEW Endurance management policies check ALL of my important boxes. Accolades to a Company willing to CHANGE to better service their customers. The manager i spoke with was very nice and determined to sell me a policy and did his best to satisfy my budget in the end I was satisfied but didn't take the policy due to personal budget issues but was pleasantly surprised at his persistence and his demeanor during the whole conversation.
I had to cancel my contract due to unforeseen circumstances. Account Manager ****** ****** was OUTSTANDING with the process. He tried very hard to keep me as a customer but due to my unusual circumstances I didn't need a car warranty from Endurance anymore. Afterward, ****** was OUTSTANDING in easily taking me through the process to cancel and receive a refund with the first 30 days of my contract.
