Endurance had no problem with paying 8500 to repair My transmission. There costumer service was excellent! No complaints. Very happy with my Endurance warranty. Great company!
I signed up for endurance, but didnt need it after all and requested a refund not only did I get my refund right away, but they were very professional and courteous and friendly and although Im not using the service, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Theyre honest and trustworthy.
They made good on an uncovered part for my air conditioning system, they made up for it by paying my next month premium payment. That was all good with me! I did not anticipate them being so easy to work with. *********** ****** is awesome!
So far, everything has been good. I signed up a couple of days ago. I wasn't sure about the mileage sothey put a generic number in. When I called to change it, I got a call back saying with the mileage, I didn't qualify for the best coverage. But, they changed it to a similar coverage that actually gives me more mileage, which is a good thing. It went from ****** to ******, but still 48 months.
It was easy to set up. He was very professional in explaining everything. I just signed up so I will see how it pays if anything breaks down on my tahoe.
