I originally called to cancel my contract. ******* ********* was very very knowledgeable about the contract I wanted to cancel. After her knowledge of what I was going to cancel i decided to keep my contract.. she had a lot of knowledge of the compation and was very professional and I was happy with what she offered. She was very professional and she is a kind person and I learned a few different things from her that day. Thank you for your expertise.
The only issue with Endurance is no one is available on the weekends to help or answer questions and cars breakdown on the weekends. How is it handled??
So I bought a used car. I was happy with my purchase but needed to make sure I was covered if anything happened because my car was used . I had very good customer ********************** *** with setting up my account.He explained my plan and let me pick what was best for me as far as price . When they took the payments out of my account it was exactly what they explained. Overall I was a happy camper ??
I was very impressed with the customer **********************, I was able to cancel my policy without much pressure to not cancel. The reason I canceled was the dealership offered a much better deal. It was $400 less and 12 months/15,000 miles more.
