I like that when I call there is no waiting for someone to answer they pickup quick, and got my problem resolved very easy and quickly. Happy so far I haven't had to file a claim yet, but so far so good

Total process from beginning to end has been very easy. I had a question about a price increase letter I received after I signed my contract. It was just a marketing overlap. My prices are not increasing and my phone agent was very polite explaining that to me. While I haven't had to use my coverage yet, if all interactions are as good as this one I would have no problem reading them any less than 5 star.
