My 2020 ram trucks alternator went bad. I brought in to my mechanic. He called endurance, and got the claim oked. Well the part was on back order for 3 months. When the part came in , it had gone up in price by $400. My mechanic called endurance, and was told that they would not cover the extra cost. The owner has to. I have a policy with ENDURANCE Warranty .My 2014 Silverado Chevrolet truck has been in an authorized repair shop for almost 5 weeks now. Need transmission repair or replaced. Endurance is refusing to authorize work on it. I keep getting run around from Endurance as to why they wont authorize this service. They have offered to refund my premiums. I prefer my truck to be fixed.

I was told by endurance what was covered by them one day my car broke down got it to the shop only to find out that endurance didn't wanna pay i had to come out of pocket now there giving me a hard time to cancel and get my money back Do Not use this company

They had me pay extra for seals and gasket add-on coverage. I needed the valve cover gasket replaced. They denied the repair. I cancelled my contract and requested a refund of my money since I never got to use the coverage. I had to jump through hoops, including sending them a notorized request for cancellation. Of course, they didn't require anything like that to start coverage. I returned the required form and officially cancelled my coverage 1/16/26. Worse company ever. I had the regular coverage for my vehicle so I called and chose the best coverage they offer. Long story short, the next month came around and I notice no money came out my account so I called. They stated someone didn't finish processing my paperwork so I would have to do another 30 days and 1000 miles before I can be covered. Why does this fall on me when I called last month to change the policy!!!! Money down the drain. Find another company before this one play you when you are need if coverage etc

Will not stop sending junk mail to deceased family members at my address, impossible to reach someone to make it stop. Spoke to several people there. They keep telling me that all the managers are in a meeting. All of them. All day. This is a scam company that takes advantage of vulnerable people. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The Worst warranty company ever dont believe the made up reviews they dont help you with nothing they just want your money every month I rather pay out of pocket then deal with them they denied my claim so I still came out of pocket for everything they denied my claim for a stupid reason but its ok you reap what you sow Ive tried to cancel but they not letting me dont ever get any warranty with them

This company is a rip off. It really does not pay for repairs. Please read the extra fine print. After I cancelled this policy 3 times, they still every month take payments and will say it's cancelled or they want you to give it to someone else. How does that make sense. So they want you to pay a policy on someone else's car. So after 6 months I'm still fighting with them about a cancellation! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! GO TO CAR SHIELD!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
