I’d like to share my experience with ePOS. While the overall process has been slow and I’m still not fully up and running, I want to highlight the exceptional support from Noleen. She has been the human face in what otherwise felt like a robotic, impersonal system. Even when issues (like dates on the handheld) remain unresolved, Noleen consistently provides genuine, personal assistance and is the reason I’m still persisting with ePOS.

It has been fairly easy to use and can do most of what we were looking for in the system, The support team has been amazing and so helpful with understanding how to most efficiantly use the software and solving any issues we faced or questions we have had.

Karolina is first class she has 5 stars she is a total professional and is such a great facilitator she understands this system inside out. She is a great listener and potential underpaid for the value she delivers. And now too this system. Let me clarify I’m 55 this is not my first rodeo.
