Terrible long waits to speak to anyone. People are not able to solve your problem - half the time the call is disconnected. They issue you with numbers so they can pass you off to the customer success team - which is anything but. Nobody ever gets back to you. If you're thinking about buying an EPOS system, but want any kind of service - I wouldn't recommend EPOS now.

Slow system, always breaking, high cost, long contracts. Can’t wait to finish the contract to be honest

As soon as you have a financial problem, they become useless. Nearly 2 months for a black and white refund. Communication is appalling

Can’t pick gratuity by %, user interface could be simpler/ more intuitive (square up)

You overcharged me for 12 months and it has been over 4 months waiting to process the refund. The delay has been put down to the sheer number of refunds your accounts are process. You should either hire more account staff or stop overcharging so many clients because of your inept systems

EPOS Now are a bit of a nightmare when it comes to support. There is no pnone or email support. Instead there is a conveluted process based on raising tickets via their portal and then receiving an email response from a no-reply account, which means that another ticket has to be raised to reply. Plus they offered an introductory discount on one product, which we never received.

Customer service has let us down . Our hand held units for the front of house team broke in the first 12 months but EPOS were unable/unwilling to repair/ replace or listen. Very disappointing back up service after sale
