Get directionsThe new platform is excellent. But it created a problem with my kitchen printer. Service support failed to answer. Failed to make appointments. When they did make contact knew why of how to fix the problem. Well only they did. Because they no longer want customers to use Deliverect their only answer was to push me onto the Otter platform and increase my costs. It used to be a good company for small businesses but I don’t think they give t*** about us now. And it took more than forty days to tell me that.
I was promised that I would pay nothing until I moved into my shop when I was pushed into signing up when I was first enquiring. Because of planning permission and other issues, the lease took longer than expected to go through so I was paying for some months that I couldn’t actually use Epos Now at all. They missell you the product, once you complain you do not hear back on the outcome for a year. They add more unsubscribed item on your bill to make your bill go high. Their product is fine but their after sales is worst. If you have any complain they ask you to go online live chat. They cannot answer on phone and resolve the outcome. On their live chat it is always a person with name Conor, who logs in, asks your credentials and then goes offline or drops from the chat after waiting over 10 minutes for response. The printer is not good. And the orders on the receipt doesn’t look good as well. Ask for assistance to change that and no one could solve the problem. Still waiting for a callback. Don’t think anyone will even bother to call back
Terrible long waits to speak to anyone. People are not able to solve your problem - half the time the call is disconnected. They issue you with numbers so they can pass you off to the customer success team - which is anything but. Nobody ever gets back to you. If you're thinking about buying an EPOS system, but want any kind of service - I wouldn't recommend EPOS now.
Slow system, always breaking, high cost, long contracts. Can’t wait to finish the contract to be honest
As soon as you have a financial problem, they become useless. Nearly 2 months for a black and white refund. Communication is appalling

Can’t pick gratuity by %, user interface could be simpler/ more intuitive (square up)
