We as a customer for many years have been treated appallingly by Epos Now. For over a year our systems have not worked correctly, we have been told the 'code is crumbling'. We have asked for some sort of refund for the £8,000 plus we have spent for systems that were inoperable. We have reached communication with the top names controlling Epos and ......they ignore us!
