I have been an Everdry Waterproofing customer for approximately 15 years. Two employees really have stood out. James H****** and Joey C****. These two young men are a real credit to the Everdry company and make it a great company to work with. James and Joey have gone above a beyond for me and my family. The EverDry warranty transferred to me when I bought my house 33 years ago. Neighbors told me prior to the basement working being done, there were literally streams of water running through the basement. Anytime I have needed to have something checked or fixed, there has never been a long wait for an appointment. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and often they have gone above and beyond to ensure a proper job and my satisfaction. I would highly highly recommend them!

Dakota was very professional. He called every morning to give me a heads up on his team's arrival time, even though arrival was the same each day. He updated me frequently throughout the process and answered my questions to satisfaction. His team members were polite and respectful. The entire project ran smoothly and was completely in a timely manner.
Casey and crew were on time and communicative on all aspects of the job. After a sales person (no longer with the company) oversold what wouldn't need to be done (drywall, baseboard, etc. removal) we were starting off on the wrong foot but overall were okay with the changes needed to have it done right. I work from home and did not feel the work was disruptive. Everyone was pleasant and they left the property in good shape considering it was snowing and raining a majority of the time. They did a great job. They were polite and careful not to scratch anything. They covered articles in basement and floor to outside. Answered any questions and left booklets.
