I had Everydry do my basement and perimeter of my house over 20 years ago. I have always maintained the warranty. I've had issues with my sump pumps either not working, or probably just wearing out from normal use, but, once I call, they are very responsive and come out almost immediately. They have replaced the sump pump, no questions asked, and made sure we were operating properly. I was having mold and excess moisture in my basement. I had an *********** system installed in 2009. It solved both issues. Since then, maintenance-wise, I've only had to get the battery replaced once, and each year I pay a very reasonable $40 service maintenance fee, which can paid online. Having the system certainly provides a long-term peace of mind.
Our house was built in **** ,We have a full basement semi finished, ********* completely finished because during heavy rains The basement was very wet Upwards to 3-4 "Of water. My wife and I wanted to use this space, so we called Everdry, The previous owner had only done part of the basement with Everdry. just recently renewed my service contract with Everdry and it is well worth it if you ever have issues down the road, we had our basement worked on some ***** years ago with only one issue and it was minor.They do quality work and there staff is top notch, thanks for the piece of mind knowing that I will never have to worry about my basement again.***************************

EverDry was inherited when I moved in 20 years ago. I thought what do I need this for... I kept it and thought just in case. I've used it once when my basement started leaking on the wall. I called Everdry and they came out right away. They dug a hole and fixed the leak. Easy peasey.... Love them. I would recommend them to everyone. Good Job Everydry!!

I have had Everdry waterproofing for four (4) years in my basement and have had no problems with them. They do an excellent job, and customer service is always very friendly and helpful. I have had no water damage to my basement and I live on a farm. When I purchased my farm, my walls were saturated with water. My spouse and I recently purchased our first home. I called Everdry for an inspection to make sure everything with the Sump Pump was in order. Everdry came to the house, inspected the (very old) pump, and upon seeing that was the case and that we were under warranty, replaced both the Sump Pump and the Float Switch. We didn't pay a dime! The warranty is absolutely worth it. Thanks guys!

I have had my waterproofing done now over 11 years ago and still no issues. With the lifetime warranty it is a no brainer to hire them. My wife and I are more than pleased with the service we originally had and any questions when renewing our warranty thereafter.
