RecommendedWe had Everdry waterproof our basement last week during some very cold and snowy weather. The work was finished on time. The workers were polite and as disruptive to lives as possible. At this point we think the basement feels dryer. The only complaint we have is in moving some of our furniture they did not take as much care as was necessary and some doors got scratches. RecommendedI had them waterproof my old house, and it was awesome. The whole house smelled better, I had all that extra usable living space, there was no more water running across the floor nor seeping through the wall. Their crew was very professional and efficient. They are all EverDry employees, not subs. They worked very hard and finished the job in good time. Would totally recommend them!! I'm on their calendar to have the basement in my new house waterproofed :-).

So I'm supposed to leave a positive review to get paid. but I cant bring myself to do it. Here's the situation, my sewers had been running fine, and then everydry came. And then I had raw sewage on my floor. After several visits from the plumber and $1400 They found a bit of pipe that they think had been broken by the jackhammer. Everdry wants me to be so grateful that they are error but they will only pay $200 on the emergency services because essentially the first vist from the plumber didnt find anything and my sewer cond... read more

RecommendedIn 2013 Everdry repaired a leak in my basement wall, every time it rain water would pour in through a crack in the cement. After Everdry repaired the hole and water proofed the wall it hasn’t leaked since. Thanks Everdry for a job well done.

The most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. I have scheduled twice for an estimate on a listing and both times they were a no call, no show. First time they were too busy but didn't feel necessary to call me. Second time they couldn't give me a reason. As a real estate professional I will take my business and referrals elsewhere.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They failed to connect the brand new sump pump they installed and flooded our entire basement. It was 75% flooded and they refuse to remediate all damages and repairs! Find another company who will actually use their insurance and own their mistakes and do the right thing. We paid around $13,000 for “preventative” work. We never had water in our basement ever and they caused this damage due to not properly connecting the new sump pump they installed. This company is more concerned about getting their money than the quality of work. I have never had such an issue with a company like this before. I wish I would have went with a different company all together. I fought with them for weeks over warranty reinstatement since the last home owners defaulted. I finally got them to stand behind their work like they advertise that they do and still continuously had issues. A two day repair turned into three, then ten. Ten days!!!!
