We had our small basement space waterproofed and a sump pump system with battery back-up installed. The initial salesman was generally informative however did not seem to know details of how working around the utilities (furnace, water heater, water softener, etc.) would be done but just indicated that the installation crew will handle it. We wound up having the utilities moved out of the way so the perimeter drain could be installed in the best route. They completed the work quickly. Only issue is had was they did kill several plants in my flowered. The manager on site made it right and arranged for us to purchase new plants.

They came and dig around the house, sealed the basement. Put in anew sump pump system that?s works very well, with backup and install a humidifier. This was done three to four years ago, hadn?t no issues or problems. Customer Neal Jameson, Thanks for good work.

We love our waterproofed basement and crawlspace! We have had 0 to minimal water in there since getting it done, while our neighbors have had flooding. EverDry is quick, courteous, and high quality. Their customer service is also top notch, kind, and prompt. And the minimal leaks we experienced will be quickly resolved under warranty.

Very responsive, polite, and clean. They stand behind their work. Everdry has gone above and beyond with taking care of our foundation and basement. They are very responsive. If there has been additional needs because of landscaping and hardscaping changes to the house and property they have come right out to address any changes needed in their work at no additional cost.

The crew showed up on time & cleaned up after work. We did have to call them back to fix a problem area but they did come back & did the rework they needed. We did drainage & encapsulation of a dirt basement/crawlspace. I would recommend they do the encapsulation part about a month or 2 after the drainage so it is easier to tell if there are any problems & get them corrected before so they don't have to tear it up to fix anything.
