My experience was great. They performed the work on time and did a great job.
We had everdry come in last year and waterproof the basement. Since then we have had no problems with the basement leaking or having water in it whatsoever, and it's been nice, having a dry basement and not the smell and the mold and the mildew. I did have them out once on the air dehumidifier but it wasn't a problem and was taken care of very quickly . I had Alex come out for an inspection and estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything. Our install date was scheduled and I was able to get it completed 3 weeks earlier than scheduled:) Scott was great with his crew. They showed up when they said, he communicated with me every step of the way. He took the Neverending ground water issue with stride and got the job completed on time. It has been a few years since Everydry saved us! We had severe flooding, rain for days, and rain started coming up from the ground into our basement, pushing tiles up! It was crazy! From the very beginning everyone we met with was very courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who has issues with water (rain!) in the basement!
The service was done very quickly and with excellent results. I had been having water leak into my basement in 3 corners, but have not seen a drop since the service. I often hear the sump pump running, so I know water that would have leaked in is being removed
I was very pleased with the work EverDry's hardworking team did on my basement and foundation in May '25. Supervisor Jose and the rest of the men did incredibly hard work, sometimes in the pouring rain, while managing to be cheerful and courteous the entire time. I was in awe. My basement no longer feels like a rainforest, and I am so glad I finally had this work done.
