Evergreen is excellent. We bought our house last year. There was a gas fireplace that hadn't been used for quite sometime. Scott, their service technician, came out on time, fixed it perfectly, and did this in a friendly and efficient manner. We are quite happy.

My fireplace fan was not operational and the entire fireplace frame was completely disassembled when Shaun arrived at my home at 11:00am on 19 Dec 2023. Upon entering, Shaun immediately removed his shoes without my asking. He repaired the fan rather quickly; however, when it came to the frame, I was missing much of the hardware. Working with Evergreen gas and heating was such a smooth experience. Our furnace went out and Evergreen was quick with quotes to repair and or replace the equipment. My husband and I struggled with the decision. TJ the sales rep provided thorough pros and cons to both scenarios. We didn't feel any pressure in the decision we made, which was ultimately to replace it. The team that came out to do the work were friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased we went the route we did. Thanks Evergreen!!!

Ben from Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling installed an earthquake shut off valve on my gas meter. He was professional, on time, and did a great job installing the valve. I really liked that a text with Ben's picture was sent to me directly before Ben's arrival. This is a wonderful communication method to inform the customer of Evergreen's ETA and who exactly will be doing the work. I have a gas fireplace which started acting up and then quit working. It took three visits to fix it. First, it was working and had its flames again and it was nice to have it back in service. It kept turning itself on and off. They came back and waited for it to misbehave, it did not while being watched. He did the diagnostics on it. We decided to add a blower, which the builder left off. Thank you for such a great job! Your tech cleaned my gas fireplace and fixed a couple small issues he found. He was quick, efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. From scheduling the appointment to the text that the tech was on his way, all the way through the process things were smooth, on time and done well. I would definitely recommend your services!
