I can't recommend Evergreen Gas highly enough. We've had them out for service on our old furnace and had a new system installed yesterday. It started with TJ giving us an estimate on a furnace and heat pump that would best suit our home and personal needs. I've worked with Evergreen since we purchased our home in 2020. They've done a multitude of projects for us, the most recent being installing an entirely new HVAC system (two units inside and out). They are on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. They even put up with our rather high-strung little poodle. These days it is hard to find companies who not only deliver what has been bid and promised, but do it seamlessly without missteps. Tho I have used Evergreen since 2018, my most recent project was a whole house generator. I have had enough of PNW power outages. This project was much more complicated than I could have imagined. Evergreen is amazing - they installed a split for us within 10 days of our asking them to come out for an estimate. It works wonderfully. And the price was substantially less from another company that has done good work for us. The installers were so diligent: they were here from nine in the morning till eight in the evening. They are unusually careful, including thoroughly covering the carpet leading up to the attic, and even removing a painting from the wall that might've gotten bumped. Superb customer service. In January our furnace quit working, luckily our gas fireplace insert worked. Evergreen sent a repair person out quickly and he diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the needed part on his truck and it was not in stock at their office. He called all around Portland and found one and was out the next day to fix the problem, one day before I had to leave town. Then on the first day of 90+ temps our A/C unit went out. Our furnace has not been working for 10 days. We had another furnace company here to fix it and they were here for two days and could not fix it. Todd from Evergreen showed up and in 10 minutes knew the problem and 10 minutes later we had heat . What a great company and what a great service tech Todd is. Their price to repair was extremely fair and if I could give 10 stars I would !!!
