Ben from Everlast Construction gave me 10:30-11:30 am window and he came at 11:30. He was very patient and attentive to our remodeling requests, measured and noted down everything. Terrible. Everlast did not give me an appointment until almost a month after I contacted them on Angie?s List. When they finally send someone out he did not know what he was doing, then they sent me a letter with a false evaluation of the foundation. On July 27, 2015, I purchased a coupon through Angie?s List for $250 Foundation Inspection Package and $500 Toward Repair from Everlast Construction. This review is purely for the followup, I can't speak to the quality of work as we never hired the company to complete any of the work. We purchased a new home in April and had Everlast out to do a walk through for an estimate on services we needed to have done. Long story short we never actually received an estimate. At that time we also had to write a check for $100.00 which he assured us would be returned if we cancelled within the three day legal cancellation period. The check was cashed the very next day. I wanted an estimate to enclose an 8x11 front porch. I would do all the demolition (remove all brick and expose existing foundation, remove anystucco where needed for attachment)and I would do (or arrange for)the finish work (exterior lathe and stucco, all insulation and interior finish, and roofing). So we can't charge you by the hour... we charge by project. I think that for something like that you will need to hire handyman or someone who don't have operation in our size. thanks

unknown They did not return our request for a quote. We called them three times, left messages two times without a return call, we finally spoke to someone on the third try. We explained the scope of work we needed to have done and we were told they were not interested in doing our project.

See above We contacted Everlast construction in pleasant hill because we saw the good reviews and wanted to get an estimate for kitchen and 2 bathroom remodels. Jay (project mgr)showed up, very punctual and professional. Walked through house took pics, measured space and gave us rough estimate.
