I'm sure once these guys come out I bet they do good work. My frustration is that I just bought a house that's having some plumbing issues. Called Excel and they sent a guy out. Think his name was Ronnie. Super nice guy, was giving me tips and tricks since I'm a first time home buyer. Our AC unit stopped blowing out cold air. They came out promptly but ultimately didn't fix it. For almost $400 they sprayed the furnace with a power washer, removed the filter and added some refrigerant. But it didn't actually fix the problem. We called another company today who came out cleaned the unit, checked for leaks, ran tests and fixed it. Also as a courtesy is coming again tomorrow to check in and make sure it's all good.
