Needed a new sump pump system installed and had a lot of different quotes with prices 1k over what I thought was fair. I called Excel plumbing and received a reasonable quote. The technician came out, removed my old system and installed new one in 40 min. I was charged the exact quote price. Great experience and will recommend to others!

I needed to have a spillcock replaced that was leaking on the outside of my house. Excel came out the next day and was able to see the issue and we decided to replace the entire spillcock because it was not frostproof and was honestly falling apart. I had another company come the day before and gave me a quote that was significantly higher than Excel. Excel Plumbing exceeded my expectations! The communication on both days from start to finish was great! The person who took the call, gave us an appointment quickly, was very friendly, and said that the service fees were waived at this time. I mentioned that I wanted someone who would be willing to explain everything, and he made sure that he sent Ronnie. I received text messages when our service person (Ronnie) was on the way. I thought I needed to have a window well drain rooted out, but Ronnie was able to show me - using Excel's amazing underground camera - that this was NOT the problem. He also identified the true problem and fixed it the same day. He was very knowledgeable and, just as important, he went to great lengths to make sure I understood why he was recommending the course of action he did. Excel Plumbing is incredible - wonderful, kind customer service & fast response time! 2 of our 3 toilets were constantly running and sometimes leaking. They were both super old (1995 old). Ronnie came out to take a look and set us up with 2 new toilets within 24 hours from the original assessment at an affordable price. Had a toilet that was leaking; probably could be fixed, but it was old and I wanted to eventually switch a tall model, so decided this was the time for a new install. They responded within 10 minutes of requesting a quote and asked a couple questions. It was a Saturday night, so they gave me an estimate, and asked if I needed a Sunday install or could I wait for Monday. Adrian came out a couple of minutes after I hung up the phone. Their office is pretty close to our house. But still pretty cool. He came and diagnosed the issue and gave a recommendation on who to call for cleanup. We had a leak from a faulty toilet, suffice to say I will be calling them again in the future.
