Excel helped us out of a real jam. We were less than 24 hours from closing and suddenly a fitting on our washing machine line needed to be replaced. They were able to schedule us for the next morning, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a couple hours. The cost was a little high, but considering our situation, I was glad to have it fixed. Michael was wonderful, explained what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on repairs we didn't need. Definitely would use them again.

I was getting nervous during heavy rains since my sump pump is old and cheap. Seem like everybody's basement flood nightmare story always leads back to a "should've replaced my sump pump" punchline at the end. These guys replace a ton of them so it was an easy straightforward job for them. They had no problem working around my radon seal and sealing it back up when they were done. We called on Excel twice in a 2 week period for service at our son's new but vintage home. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The first time was for a battery backup sump pump installation before winter. The scheduling and quote over the phone with the office staff was painless and informative. And it was a firm quote with two different options: if a new primary pump was needed or not. Been putting off a plumbing issue for over a year because I hate dealing with stuff I don't understand. One of the two sinks in my kitchen didn't drain. So I just always used the other one. Excel quoted me $250 for what they thought was wrong. Luke came out the next day exactly on time. Was able to fix the issue in less than an hour. Explained what was going on. Excel Plumbing is wonderful! Our hot water heater in our building broke so I reached out to Excel for a quote and I heard back within 30 minutes. Maureen and her team explained everything to us and were very thorough. We were able to get the hot water heater replaced within 48 hours and the team did an incredible job!
