Absolutely terrific. Called in morning and had service that afternoon. Notified me they were on their way, every safety precaution was taken and very respectful of premises. Luigi was extremely knowledgeable with problems involving a 100 year old vintage building. Plumbing issue was resolved and everything was running smoothly in less than an hour. Definitely will use Excel plumbing again if needed.

We chose Excel to replace our failed/old sump pump after they provided a better quote than one of their competitors. They were very quick to schedule the job and we had a good experience with our plumber Luke K., who was very professional. The work was completed as scheduled, Luke answered all my questions, and was good about cleaning up the work area after he finished and getting everything back to its place.

We had the pleasure of Luke working on our garbage disposal, pipes and kitchen faucet. He followed all safety protocols and explained our issues in a very understandable manner. He replaced the garbage disposal, pipes , and faucet in an efficient and timely manner. We highly recommend Luke and Excel Plumbing.

The technician (a Russian guy) was very nice and explained to me how to avoid killing the starter on my water heater. He said I've killed the starter from cleaning around the water heater using spray bottle with water and Clorox solution. He also explained that the starter is very sensitive to smelly things like aerosol spray. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, with highly experienced technician and provides great advice. And their price is just right, much better than other company that I have contacted fo... read more

I called to get a quote to replace a hot water heater and got a competitive price quoted to me over the phone followed by them showing up in person to inspect the condition of my current connections to my current water heater and finalize a firm quote and installation time. The price ended up matching the over the phone quote and the next day Luke and Luke arrived and replaced my water heater. They were fast, thorough and professional - would use again.

Did a great job installing 2 new furnaces in my house. Easy and quick scheduling, quality work, and a fair price. I've now switched over my annual HVAC maintenance to Excel. Highly recommended!

Showed up soon after appointment window with a phone call and text to let me know he was a few minutes behind schedule. Work was done well and he cleaned up after taking all packaging with him. Get an estimate before work is started. Very expensive for the work performed.
