I had a great experience with this company. My water heater sprung a leak late in the evening. Luke came out and did what he could, but it was a lost cause. He was back the next day with the new water heater and installed it for us. Everything went smoothly. Luke was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. I just had Excel over to auger a toilet and they did a great job. Excel fit me in their busy schedule within a couple of days and Luigi N. showed up right on time. He cleared the clog quickly and made sure that the clog was completely resolved. He was very polite and professional and took care to do a good job. I highly recommend Excel Plumbing (and Luigi N.)!

Got a quote through the app for the water heater fix, very fair quote compared to others. Had someone here next morning, prompt and they did the job plus fixed an issue with my water heater drain as well. They did a great job overall.

We are so happy we chose Excel plumbing! Our first conversation and scheduling with Mike were fantastic. He gave us clear and precise information and a good price on what we needed and he was able to schedule us the next day. The next day Luke showed up right on time and even gave us a call before to say he was on his way. The job had a few minor set backs but Luke was cheerful and helpful and handled it like a pro. My water heater was leaking so I called Excel based on their Yelp reviews. From the moment I interacted with Kelly and Maureen over the phone and Kurt replacing my water heater, everything went very smooth. Great people to deal with. Kurt was very thorough in explaining everything to me. He was also very quick and efficient in his work with 20 years of experience to back him up. Excel also had very reasonable and competitive rates. I would strongly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Luigi went above and beyond to fix our problem. he was very well prepared and very knowledgeable. We were so thankful that he didn't give up and found a solution to our problem. We are very very happy and very please with the service he provided. We are definitely coming back to Excel in the future

Overall a very good experience and we plan to use Excel Plumbing for our plumbing needs going forward. Egor came out to fix our leaking backyard faucet. He worked with us to figure out a solution to fix the faucet without having to cut a big hole in the drywall on the other side of the wall by going to the store and finding an exact match of the faucet that was leaking. It was a reasonable cost for the fix and saved us from the pain of having to fix the drywall. Very much appreciated!

I contacted Excel for a quote at the end of the day Friday. My usual go-to plumber still has not gotten back to me. Excel responded right away and in minutes I had a time scheduled for an estimate. Their communication continued through the day Saturday. While we found a different solution and ended up canceling our appointment, based just on their responsiveness I'll contact them for site the next time o have a plumbing need. Incredibly professional and communicative.
