This was a basic, replace corroded faucets for our washer. They came out promptly and did the work at the price they quoted. The only issue I had was, the job request asked that the plumber handle the water shut-off, which they refused to do because of some issues with the shut off valve. I ended up using a different plumber to turn off the water main, they had no problem with it. Would have been five stars if they did the job as I requested.

I recently hired Tony C from Excel Plumbing and couldn't be happier with the service. They were responsive in all aspects of the project and up front with pricing and discussed all options with me beforehand. Additionally, Tony was approachable in his customer service and efficient with the job that I needed done. I thought pricing was very fair as well compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend Excel and will definitely do so in the future, as well as recommend them to friends.

My shower had very poor water pressure and I was worried about possible leaking. The shower handle was also very old and the water mixing cartridge didn't seem to be working well anymore. Excel Plumbing was very fast to respond to my inquiry and actually read the answers I provided in regards to what I needed done. I bought a home and needed some Galvanized pipe changed threw my whole house I was getting quotes through multiple companies and when I called hydro genie plumber came and walked me throughout instead of over the phone And did An awesome job thanks again HYDRO GENIE!!!!!!!

We had an emergency plumbing issue with a leak from an outside gasket. We usually have a plumber that we always go to but was unavailable so we called several companies next. Excel plumbing was the quickest to not only respond, look at pictures but also to follow up to set up an appointment. They came the next morning since we could wait a bit and they fixed and replaced the gasket so that it won't be an issue through the seasons. I had to Anthony C came out to my home and was very professional the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he took care of exactly what I needed to in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the work that he completed at my home! This guy knows how to lay pipe!
