shortly after new carpet was put in my basement, I started to occasionally notice a musty Smell. The carpet was dry but that wet dog smell would come and go. Excel Plumbing namely Mike provided great service, very professional, and was able to rod out a toliet that had a major clog. I tried 2 weeks spending a lot of money on products, that youtuber's swore by and nothing worked. Don't spend hundreds on stuff like white vinegar and baking soda, I bought 3 rods including a rod that I paid 280.00 for at a big box store, then I had to buy the special gloves (I called knobby gloves)for safety, then I tried the dawn dish detergent method, nope. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling as well as a wall. Upon reading reviews I decided to contact Excel Plumbing and am so glad I did! I called in the morning and Daryl arrived that afternoon. He took a look at the issue and quickly went to work to determine where the water was coming from. I hoped he was not going to have to cut into the ceiling. Excellent service and people!!Unfortunately we had to have a plumber out 2x in one week for 2 different issues. Fortunately we called Excel for both issues. We had a clogged down spouts and issues with our ejector pit. Darryl did a great job on our ejector pit. He diagnosed the issue which was a clogged drain into the pit. He worked quickly to resolve the issue and cleaned up the area really well prior to leaving. Performed a great service a great price. Highly recommend!

Excel Plumbing continues to earn my business after installing a new kitchen faucet. While this is a fairly routine project, Daryl was respectful of our house, explained the project and most importantly flawlessly installed the new faucet.

I called Excel after using them previously to install our sump pump. This time, Yuri came to help with a broken toilet. He didn't push me to get anything I didn't want. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The prices aren't much different than other companies, but they are very reliable and do good work. I will absolutely call them again in the future

Another great experience with Excel plumbing. Previously they've installed a sump pump and back-up, drained our water heater, and other small projects. Today our plumber was Ed C., and he was a star! we needed camera scoping of our sewer line to diagnose a repeating backup issue. He was very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!
