My water heater died, I called Excel plumbing at 8:00am to request an estimate. I was able to text several pictures of my water heater and they sent me a quote in about 15 minutes, no need to schedule an appointment for a site visit. Price was great, the brand was/model was reputable as well. They had a tech out that afternoon to install, he was professional, courteous, cleaned up after himself and gave me a quick walkthrough to make sure I understood the settings. Thank you Excel.

Contacted for plumbing service in kitchen sink. Maureen communicated service and pricing promptly even during her off time. Yuri the technician came within 2 days as planned and got to work immediately. He answered all my questions and left the areas clean so I only did minor clean up after per my satisfaction. Great price compared to others as well. Definitely recommend this company!

Lori got back to me quickly in the morning Thursday, April 3, after I reached out the prior evening. Lori was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience positive. The response time was great given I reached out Wednesday evening. I feel the $950 estimate for the ejector pump replacement is fair.
