We are so happy with Excel Plumbing. We found their service honest (one time the issue turned out to be a loose screw in the shower and fixed at a discount). This time we had them replace our toilet. Anthony spent time with us guiding us through options and was straightforward with pricing. Kurt L was our technician and did a great job. When the new toilet tank came cracked straight from the box, he arranged for a new one the same day and returned within hours to complete the work. Great, reliable and honest service.
Honest reliable plumbers, fair price, and great communication from Lori at the office. I would definitely hire Excel again. They helped me replace a leaking shower diverter valve and also proactively noticed some other pipe leaks and offered to fix those too for a reasonable charge.
Mixed feelings about Excel. They were fast and efficient. We had a main sewage pipe plugged up and broken. Excel dig out the broken pipe and replace it. Everything was working great. The first picture shows the gravel covering the excavated hole. However, after a couple of weeks, the part of the ground covering the new pipe sagged in as in the 2nd picture.
