This is my first time renting in Scotts Valley and I chose this location for the convenience, reviews and the prices. I highly recommend Extra Space at this location. Securing a new place was easy online and I received a gate code via text. Entering and exiting was easy. The first time I came on site, Richard checked on me to see if I needed anything and I appreciated that. We use the Scott's Valley location and couldn't be happier. Edward goes above and beyond with his hospitality. He is very knowledgeable and super helpful with any questions you have. The also sell boxes, packing tape, plastic wrap, etc. so it makes it really convenient when moving and stressed. Thank you Edward for being so kind during our life transitions.

After calling around to every other storage facility in the area, I was discouraged with the choices that were available. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to finally end up having a conversation with Tiffany at Extra Space. She was very attentive, helpful, and understanding. Great location and easily accessible. The gate has Bluetooth so you can use your phone to enter the gate. The units are clean and carts are always available.

Edward was so kind and such a help! He got me exactly the right size space I needed and even on ground level. He took the time to walk me all the way over to the storage space which was clean and ready to use. The cart/trolleys to help with moving your things and the included lock were both a nice plus too. This business understands what customers need. It is clean, maintained and customer centric. I moved 2 large PODS from Milpitas to save over 50% the cost. Edward is stellar and knowledgeable about the best way to create a successful storage experience. It was getting dark and Edward just jumped in and helped us unload and store the last 30% of items.
