The Scott's Valley facility has later hours access than most storage facilities which was perfect for me. It's clean and well maintained. Communication was always good with the office and they're were never any surprises. They made my "stay" there as easy as one could expect.
Exceptional customer service. Zenda was friendly and helpful. Very clean and safe facility.

My move in was very fast and I was quite nervous at the time but Zenda was so helpful and reassuring. The facility is spotless and safe and at no time did I feel(as I have at other storage sites) nervous about being there alone. The site is well cared for and the staff helpful. Easy in and out/on off freeway access too. I would not hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage in Scotts Valley. Safe, clean and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for a great experience.
This is one of the best run businesses I have encountered! They are courteous, friendly and prompt on the phone. They are knowledgeable and efficient in person. The facility is very clean, well lit and safe. Zenda, manager, is awesome. Kudos for providing a great experience for your customers.
Very clean and very friendly staff.. I'd give the staff 5 stars and their corporate Office 1 star for the constant raising of the of the monthly rent. Seems go up considerable every 6 months. Paid more for a 10X10 then a monthly car loan payment. Had to leave. But the staff is great and the manager Zenda is awesome.
Very clean and safe facility. The staff is beyond helpful; I would give Zenda an A+ if I could in awesomeness! She helped make my move less stressful and did everything possible to help me stop almost crying in her office. I would choose Extra Space Storage again if I ever had storage needs in the Scotts Valley or Santa Cruz area. Superb service!

Clean and well-kept facility. Friendly and thoughtful staff.
So far, my experience has been really nice. I just started renting space about a week ago and I even commented to the person who helped me that day that the sign-up process is very streamlined and efficient. The overall experience, the facility and the people seem very professional. The facility is clean and well lit. It's exactly what I would hope for in a storage place.
