Great place to keep your belongings safe along with excellent customer service. I have used their storage unit for a few years now, and have always been so pleased with how easy it is to go in and out and make changes to my account as needed. Easy access and friendly staff that is eager to help you. They helped me find the right unit for my needs from the beginning, and always notified me when updates in cost were changing. Very affordable, easy and nice location. I would do business with them again.

I quickly needed a storage unit and was able to get one here same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was also the cheapest I found on short notice anywhere in Scott's Valley. The storage unit itself wasn't the best but it made due. I didn't care for the fact that they do not have a light inside the actual unit so I had to balance a flashlight while moving stuff around. We used the Scotts Valley facility for a medium size locker to store our garage contents as a result of the CZU Lightning Fire. Signing up and getting into the locker was effortless and all done via phone and online. Getting to the facility from our place in Live Oak was very easy and quick. Facility was always clean and certainly seemed deserted when we were there, which I personally like. It is close by. It is what I expected from a storage unit. Not their fault but I had a drill and driver lifted while moving in.
Excellent service! Zenda was very helpful by showing different options for similar sized units that were available. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend!
