Rented a storage unit here when we were in the process of moving into our new house. Courteous and helpful staff. Never had any problems with the place. Access was easy. Place seems very secure.
Facility is nice, but after 4 months of use they gave me 30 days notice that my rate would increase 100%. When I first moved in they told me after 9 months I might see a slight rate adjustment but they increased the rate as much as they could as soon as they legally could. Doubling my rate after 4 months is not ok and should not be legal.

If you could rate zero stars this place would fit......we had the worst experience of our life with Extra Space storage.....total scammers and they do not understand the concept of customer service and will nickel and dime you till the end.....run away don't do it there are plenty of other options. They are out of the way and way overpriced for what you get. I wish we shopped around before we ended up using these guys for storage.
First, the facility has the potential for being a great place to store your stuff. Clean, relatively secure, and we've not had any humidity problems. (used one of those closet descants, and it lasts a long time. That is the only reason this place gets 2 stars. My wife and I came out here on a house hunting mission, along with a storage reservation mission.
