The Manager Dan is a kind person who really cares about his customers. He took very good care of my Dad and our family while we stored items here. The gate access is till 10pm which worked well for us. Many other storage facilities have a much earlier cut off for gate access.

This storage location is extremely easy to work with. I rented a couple of storage units over the years, and the process of onboarding and cancelling is very efficient, no-hassle, and customer-friendly. In terms of the space itself, I thought it was really convenient to enter the storage units using the passcode provided, and the units were clean and easy to find/use. I recommend anyone use this storage location if you want quick, easy, and dependable storage services.

I go to this place all the time when our kids would come back from college for the summer and they bring with them all their stuffs and more. This place is always available with open arms :-) and I love it!!! Easy process, great staff - super friendly and helpful! I recommend this place!!!!! Shout out to Riley and his co-worker!

This place is more expensive than the competitor, but unlike the competitor, the property manager is in the office during the day, returns phone calls, and is super helpful. Zero hassle. Worth the extra money.

Overall, good place. Dan is nice, and not to mention he's kinda yummy and easy on the eyes (lol). For the overall operations, the rates are still a little high, but I like some of the flexible options. The biggest reason for 3 stars is the kiosk that never works. What was the point of the company spending money on a kiosk out side, that you can't actually use after business hours??? Of course I can always call and make payment or do online, but that's extra time having to type out your CC number and everything else. The poi... read more

We called first and the lady on the phone was very nice and well mannered. She told us what was available in sizes and cost. She was not at the actual location as she was at the call center HQ. She gave us the direct number to the location of interest. We called and again a well mannered agent answered the phone. He told us price and availability. I have been renting from the Castro Valley location since 2020 and they are always helpful! Today, Princess helped me and was awesome! I needed to transfer to a bigger unit and she made it the process so easy and she was super helpful!!

Property manager Dan is very friendly, professional and efficient. He took the time to show me available options for storage, benefits of each location, and completed my contract in 15 minutes.

By far the best experience I've had renting a storage unit, And I've rented from several different companies. They were incredibly helpful and got me my storage unit within minutes over the phone. I highly recommend this location especially. It is extremely clean and the staff are super friendly!
