For me, Extra Space Storage worked beautifully. Because of problems I have been having recently with my home and the work I do for others in terms of community advocacy and sheltering, I had almost decided to leave my house for a while and especially to rent an office again. After being with the company for a few months now. I have to say thus far the staff is on their "A" game. The manager Shawna is awesome. Overall, a very nice group of people & very friendly. The facilities are always clean and the grounds are kept up.

Over the many years I have been a customer, Extra Space Storage has provided exceptional service and the facility is clean, well lit and very accessible. Night visits are safe and secure if you work odd hours as I do. The manager, Shauna is a delight, efficient, extremely professional, accommodating and runs a tight ship. A large corporation but a small town feel with the personal service which is a plus.

This space is very clean sand seems brand new. The front office representative was very helpful as well. She called me right after I made an online reservation to make an appointment for me to come look at a unit. She walked me through the agreement quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I decided to use Extra Space Storage when, at the last minute, the storage unit I wanted in Hayward was full. I am so so so glad I went with them! Extra Space Storage is clean, easy to get to and the staff are helpful. I was signed up in about an hour and was ready to move my items in immediately. I love their app that allows me to pay, check my account number and access code. It is very convenient.
