I had a water damage in my apartment, I had to temporarily move out, the gentleman at extra space storage was able to get me a storage space that met my needs price and size!!! Great people great service!!!

It's hard enough relocating and having to haul your stuff from house to storage, etc. These guys get it and have simplified the process to a T. Literally Tiffany in Castro Valley is the 5 Star customer service rep you dream of - made it all easy and dare I say fun ? Yes, she is that good ! I left with such a good feeling that people care about each other to give their best effort. Thank you Tiffany - you are a rock star !
