I have found very few customer service reps who genuinely like their job and treat customers with respect, kindness, dignity and an agreeable attitude; while still making sure their needs are met. It is relief to be in this storage unit. I traveled around to 5 other facilities and this was the cleanest and best customer service. I feel safe and cared for.

We kept our belongings here during a transition, approximately five months. During that time we never had any issues. Cheap rent and move in. Service elevator sucks and destroyed the arm of my couch, because you can only stand the item up. It ripped the side of it. Kind of bummed because it was brand new and a pretty penny. Customer service is great here. Made an online reservation & got a call right away. When I showed up they had everything ready for me. The space is MUCH cleaner and feels more secure than spaces I've used in the past. Everything is easy to access - elevators are large, there are lots of dollies, plenty of parking spaces.
From start to finish, the customer service here was outstanding. Within 2 minutes of making my reservation online, I received a phone call from the manager (who also lives on the property) to confirm my reservation and answer any questions. This stellar service during a very personally difficult time was, in the words of another reviewer, "memorably kind and helpful". I would recommend them to anyone.
Totally agreed with other comments. Customer service, from the initial phone call to placing the order with Derrick and Shauna for a large storage unit, was amazing. Additionally, the units were VERY clean and easily accessible. The unit we ordered was the perfect size. Overall, this transaction could not have been better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this storage facilty.
