BEWARE OF BURGLARY and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My story: I rented a 5X10 space at this location last year. My wife and I went away to London for a year. Upon return just last week, we found a new lock on the unit. Their records showed that the unit was found without a lock one week after we left, and therefore a new one was put on by them.
