Clean, well-managed, and reasonably priced. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.
We rented a unit here today and were treated so nicely and Rachel took care of all of our storage needs it was awesome

Very accommodating!!! Super great service. Attentive and acknowledgement as soon as I walked in the door. All smiles!! Has a go-cart to show storages available and also provides little carts to take your belongings to your storage. AND GREAT PRICES!!
I started with a small unit, then moved to another, larger unit. John is always pleasant and helpful, even when busy. He shows his concern and pride in his work and facility. He's also very good with the paperwork. The other employees are also nice when I've interacted with them. This facility is near my residence, so I don't stress about time when I go there. I don't look forward to the renovations, but it will be even nicer when they're done.
So far so good. One star knocked off only because they MAKE you get insurance. I am storing some personal items of no value to others just to myself, so insurance is kinda pointless to me. But I was forced to get a policy. I like option however I do not like the "you have to" kinda options. As far as the customer service goes, it was great! John and Saul were very frinedly and courteous. The took the time to help me decide that right amount of storage I needed. What really made the difference for me was their exceptional customer service!
John and Saul were two of the most helpful, responsive, and friendly people I met during my move. I couldn't have moved so seamlessly by myself into storage had I not had their expertise, kindness, and stellar assistance. They definitely went the extra mile--were friendly, responsive and so helpful. They were also great to chat with. The facility itself was safe, secure, clean. And was a good deal for the $.
Fast and easy to get a storage unit. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Compare to other places they are the least expensive.
