All in all, this was a really good experience with this specific location of Extra Space Storage. I had the Bluetooth lock which was great. The app had problems a couple times, so that meant we had issues opening the gate to the facility and the unlocking the lock on the storage unit. This seems like something corporate needs to fix with the app. But the facility was clean and the staff was polite and helpful.

Great customer service! John and Monica were both attentive and kind during my rental experience. The storage space was very clean and easily accessible also affordable! I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage - especially this particular location! Thank you!

this is my first storage and its simple never had any problem, set date was on time never had to wait its already cleaned ready for you thanks to the staff...

After 2 years of storing it's time to move things back out and John was there to help me checkout on my last days here. Great staff, always helpful. If there's another pandemic in the future and I must come back home I'll come back to Extra Space Storage in Richmond
