Customer Service Friendly, We originally purchased a storage online but when we arrived we realized it was a locker, So we went to the front and Deva helped us get the storage we desired for a really great deal. Highly recommend She was very helpful.

I was reluctant to write this review; however, I wish I would have read others prior to renting a unit as it would have saved me time in this process. Five stars is solely for the friendliest of the staff and how helpful they were with clarifying and assisting with concerns. One star is for the special rate offered quickly followed by the immediacy of the price increase. Amazing facility! Amazing team! Monica was able to help me get in two units quickly next door to one another, great customer service.
John has been so very helpful to me from assisting with my trouble opening a unit to getting a lock working. Super person to deal with. When going up/down stairs proved difficult for me, he found a ground floor unit for me. Great customer service.
