Monica is so friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean, very accommodating and very helpfull staff
After 2 years of storing it's time to move things back out and John was there to help me checkout on my last days here. Great staff, always helpful. If there's another pandemic in the future and I must come back home I'll come back to Extra Space Storage in Richmond

The facility is well maintained and clean and the staff is very helpful. Their rates are competitive. The only negative is that rental rates have been increasing regularly -- about 50% over the last 5 years of so.

John has been great over the years! We have been customers for years and John has been very helpful. Overall, the facility has met our needs, attributable in large part to John and staff.

Clean, convenient, well maintained facility, dolly's available. Great phone and on-site customer service. Rec'd an online discount. Easy lease signup no pressure ... month to month lease. I am glad I chose Extra Space!
