Storage unit is OK. My upstairs 10 x 10 unit costs 122/mo and is accessible whenever I need it. Be beware, my cost has increased 25% over 30 month. Only my health insurance matches that.

I don't know what all these other folks are raving about with this place but I've got nothing good to say about this place. I had to put our belongings in this place 4 years ago when my step-father died and my wife and I had to move in to my 89 year old mother's house to care for her. This past week I moved our belongings and found my furniture covered with rat urine and rat shit. I hesitate to write this review, as the facilities and staff have been great- very clean and access hours are good. I've been happy with the experience for the most part, with the exception of their pricing policy. THE GOOD: Responsive staff, spotless grounds, safe location. BEWARE OF BURGLARY and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My story: I rented a 5X10 space at this location last year. My wife and I went away to London for a year. Upon return just last week, we found a new lock on the unit. Their records showed that the unit was found without a lock one week after we left, and therefore a new one was put on by them.
