This is probably the best storage facility in the valley. Michael was always on hand to help or offer advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for the great experience!
Michael is such a dream! He made moving in and out so easy. He was always happy to help with whatever I needed and courteous. Storage units are a pain but he made my time at this facility a lot brighter. Thank you Michael! You have me as a forever customer whenever I find myself in need of a storage unit.

The 5 stars is for the fabulous customer service of the store manager and his assistant. We needed to downsize our storage space because we had been holding on to way too much stuff for years. We hoped to move within the facility. In a word, amazing customer service! Okay, that's three words, but these guys were absolute stars! They were incredibly easy to work with, quick communications, and the facility and location were great. Unfortunately, our stuff just wouldn't fit into their units, and we had to cancel. I've been using this facility over two years. All of my personal belongings have been secured throughout this time period. I actually find employees walking around making sure there's no funny business going. They will also contact you if you forget to lock your unit. That is excellent customer service to me. We had a storage space in this facility for a couple of years and needed to rent another unit for a short time. As it happened we needed two additional units and a space to park an unused car. The manager, Michael was great and gave us a really great deal. The facility is very clean thanks to Michael and the other gentleman that does the maintenance. Thank you Michael. We would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I am once again sharing my complete 100% satisfaction with Michael and Michelle at the Extra Space Storage on Vanowen. Once in a while I need to store personal items when I travel. When I do, I always go to them first. They are easy going and good natured so the atmosphere is always pleasant. Also they are located close by and that makes it really convenient. Each time I have always had a positive experience.
Great storage unit! Spacious for trucks and cars to come in and out as they please. I'm wish they had trash cans or a dumpster. People have been leaving trash all over. They also increase your rent after you first 5 months, then 9 month.. and so on.. I think it's 10 or 15%. I do like the late hours so I may stay with them!
