We stored my Grandmothers belongings here for over 8 years. We paid on time and in full, even after multiple requests to have our invoices sent to our house after the company changed hands. When we attempted to vacate, after the death of our Grandmother, we were met with an incredibly rude woman, Sandra. She would not allow family into the unit even though they had an invoice, grandma's ID and death certificate. She was rude, callous and not compassionate. dang prices got raised only after a couple months! Da heck?! canceling my rental at the end of the month and finding something cheaper

I rent from their Orange location and in less than a year my rent has gone up without notice, although when I called the manager I've been told that there is a note in my file with "a date the post card was sent out"? Once maybe, but twice? I'm not buying it! And what's with rental fees going up twice in less than a year??? It's not like I'm using gas, water or eletricity here? I also notice a lot of notices on storage units last time I was there, I'm thinking people who aren't paying thier rent? Perhaps becasue it's b... read more

The Customer Service here is the worse I have ever experienced. They do not return phone calls. I call each month to make a payment. In November I left two calls which were NEVER returned. I then called their 800 number to make a payment and was told I had to deal directly with the local office. I told them the two calls I made were never returned and I wanted to make a payment. They checked my account and said I was paid up until December 22nd. I called and made a payment on December 19th. Just checked my account an... read more
