Needed storage for the duration of summer. Reserved on line and receptionist got back to me right away asking when I wanted to move in. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, answer all my questions. Unit was great and first month was free so through my experience would recommend. (2nd time using this storage facility)

This place is great. No complaints here. The manager Tina was really helpful and accommodating. The unit itself was clean (before and after). The price was very competitive. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends looking for a cost effective, but quality storage spot!

I needed a last minute storage unit and I found this company worked out really well. I like that all of the units are on the ground level - i've had another unit where I had to take a ramp to the second floor, go inside, etc and it was annoying. Lucy was very helpful in explaining the units since at first I didn't really have any idea what size I would need. This place is awesome. The staff is awesome. The hours are awesome. Sandra Victoria is awesome. I didn't know what awesome was until I found this awesome place. It is so awesome that I have two awesome storage units! Did I fail to mention how awesome Sanda Victoria is? She is so awesome that I may rent another storage unit. One time I was running late and I couldn't load all my crap in one of my units. She was so kind and helpful. She told me where everything was. Up until now, i have been very pleased with Extra Space. Good customer service, clean facilities... I went to pay my rent this month, and noticed it is $22 higher than last month. I went to call customer service, it goes to the general support line. I select the options to get to my branch, and keep getting bounced back to the general support line. I decide to head down to the branch. It is the sunday of a holiday weekend, but the app says this branch's hours are till 10 today. I show up, the hours on the door say they a... read more

Easy and quick to reserve a spot? Yes. A little cheaper than competitors nearby? Yes. Discovered why upon entering the facility...which took several minutes, as I waited for the line of a dozen trash trucks to let me into the driveway. Finally got to the keypad and entered the code I'd been given. No problem. Drove around and went to my building. Not even a star! **DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE*** THEY DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. HOW CAN SO MANY UNITS BE BROKEN INTO! INCLUDING MINE WITH NO FORCE ENTRY! A HASSLE WITH THE INSURANCE AS WELL! My unit got broken into on the 6th month. The manager did not seem to care he just showed me my room was in a heaping pile and he never apologized. Someone at that facility knows exactly how to break into those units, four other units on my floor had cut hasps. Someone spent a lot of time searching through my personal belongings looking for valuables, what good is an on site manager if units get broken into? Had to make a police report and moved out.
