I really like dealing with the assistant manager Laura O. She is very nice and takes the time to listen and explain things well. I always see her sweeping and making sure the property is nice. Whenever her manager Lucy K is on duty, though the place is not kept up at all. Also it is so much easier to ask Laura questions rather than waste time asking the manager and then getting snippy vague answers. So Thank you Laura for making my rental experience very good.
Staff and prices are absolutely amazing!! Love the environment all around. Especially miss Laura, she was really professional and super sweet!! I definitely recommend this place to all friends and family!!!
Lowest prices for storage in Central OC for last 20 years !!!! Always professional, courteous and prompt service. Immediate same day service! Check out their website for discounts and incredible deals that are just not found anywhere and I've done my research and bargain hunting. Great access away from traffic and business of modern bustle.
Pros: cheaper than any other place nearby. It's a convenient location, and my unite is close to the elevator. It's well lit and quite. My unite has a tall ceiling so it's helpful to pack plenty of stuff inside. Cons:The place is fairly run-down, the floors on the second floor bowing, and the elevator to move your stuff appears unstable. I had a 4 hour notice that staging for my home sale was happening the next morning, I went into panic mode as my house was full of my furniture and I was in LA. I jumped online, reserved a unit, and was ready to go in 15 minutes! Upon my arrival to sign contracts and unit assignment I worked with Lucia, very helpful and pleasant. What could have been the most stressful disaster was such a smooth process. I would recommend to anyone! Very reasonable pricing, the property is very well maintained.
I am a college student looking for a place to store my stuff while I am moving out of my apartment into a new one. I was looking on the internet to get the cheapest price. I stumbled upon this place. Right away I received a phone call and was able to go in and look at the unit. Tina was very friendly and showed us all the units we wanted to look at. I think this place is great! The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and quick with accommodating us with the storage space we needed. She answered all our questions with ease. I would highly recommend this place to store your things. Plus, first month is free :)
