Very good experience with the facility and the office. Friendly and super helpful staff. Clean and neat facility. Fair and reasonable price. I would keep renting here if possible!

This place is all right I'm not a fan of the elevator system. You have to go separately from your stuff. For the neighborhood they give you a free month and the price was right.

This place seems great so far! I have been looking for a space that fits my stuff and may help bring some space while moving out, and Justin really helped me out. He made sure that I was aware of what came with the unit, and since I did not tour, they even allow you to reserve a unit and if you need a different one you'll be able to switch it out. I really appreciate the hospitality and hope to only give and hear good feedback from this place!

This facility has been great! This location has the most helpful and accommodating employees. I've had a storage unit with them for almost about a year now and all of my needs have always been met. I always feel safe when accessing stuff from my storage unit and the facility is clean and well kept. I have a unit upstairs and have no problem using the dolly and industrial elevator every time. Again, the employees are very nice and deserve a raise! I've never had a problem and they always go above and beyond when helping me.

I have been renting a space from here for 4 years. I came Construction Circle West to downgrade my space and save a few dollars ( which turns to thousands over the years) and both Ariana and Justin were the picture of professionalism. They were kind, accommodating and friendly. These are traits hard to find these days in the service industry. I appreciated how helpful they were. I wish I had a bigger home where I could store this stuff for free but Extraspace Storage on Construction Circle, Irvine is the next best thing!

This place was great and simple to get a storage unit Justin was super helpful in getting me all set up. There's an insurance requirement but it's very affordable and the units are clean!
