This is my go to place when it comes to needing a storage! Candice is my go to when i need anything shes so nice and has no problem helping if needed! If the store manager john isn't around shes the next best if and whatever you may need! Shes awesome!

Day one customer service has been top notch. I stayed with this company for only half a year due to moving and can't say enough great things. The day I ended leaving I unfortunately lost my lock key and they had no problem cutting my lock for me so that I could retrieve my existing items for the clean out . Initially, I had come to the specific extra space storage due to the yelp reviews, and they didn't let me down . Hopefully you find them as awesome as I did. John at the front desk rocks.

I received an exception customer service experience once I entered the office! John was very helpful in many ways when answering the question we both had and made us feel very comfortable with transaction of obtaining another storage unit for my belongings. Both John and Chris deserve both five stars in my opinion with our superior customer and commitment. I highly recommended this as your new storage location for the future!

Good place to rent. Safe, have upgraded security features. Most units need code to enter. Flat bed cart always available. Close to freeway. John is very nice, friendly and always available to help

Representative Chris was very helpful with my experience here at Extra Space. If I ever need a storage unit again I'll definitely be coming back
John, the manager is excellent. The day I got there with a Uhaul and realized I needed a bigger unit, he was able to get me in a larger unit the same-day. He super helpful and friendly. Why pay for a $200 unit from other storage sites when you can go to Extra Space for a way more affordable price and for the same size. Top notch customer service!

John, the manager at the Walnut location is excellent. He and the rest of the crew have always been friendly & professional. I just finished moving my stuff out of Walnut. I got rid of stuff that I no longer needed, and I'm keeping the things I really want at their Norwalk location, which is closer to home. The staff there are wonderful, too--no surprise. And it'll be easier for me to go thru my mother's belongings (God bless her beautiful soul) in their temperature controlled storage facility, now that the weather is gettin... read more
