This place is very clean and although prices are a wee bit high (I may be in a storage that's too big for our needs once we clean it out) the people and customer service are great. We are on a slightly slanted slope but it's cool. Things are kept clean and that's all that matters. Thank you ES storage.

I have had my "extra" things in storage for FAR too long. But it rarely bothers me to spend the money because of Anita. She is very professional and helpful every step of the way. I finally moved my things out today and I was actually a bit sad to say goodbye. Overall a great experience
I moved from Texas to La Puente and stored my belongings in a unit at this location for almost 3 yrs. Anita made the reservation and process very easy for me. She took the time to help me get my unit ready for my arrival. The whole process from my arrival till my last day this past weekend was very easy. I never had any trouble. Super easy, convenient and secure. I rented a 10x10 storage unit that's was clean, easily accessible and was able to fit all of my things...and then some. The girl who helped me was super helpful, showed me different unit sizes and really knowledgeable about what would work for me. I'm super glad I chose this company and location. Would differently use them again!!!!

I usually don't write reviews for places like this, but I knew it was my Yelp duty to share my experience in case other people was looking for a storage to rent. Conveniently located off of the 60 freeway. Friendly and professional customer service. Vet very well kept and clean. They give you a code to enter at the gate. I came in to get another storage unit and both time Anita help me out. She has great customer skills and is very helpful.. all my questions were answer and she also show me different units which was really helpful. Come see Anita if you need a storage unit.
We found Extra Space Storage when we were looking for a place to store our things during a big move. We felt so blessed to do business with them as they are very accommodating and answered all of my questions. And I ask a lot! We felt like family there. I have grown to like Sabeen very much. She's very, very nice! She will always do her best to help you! Everybody there is great! The place is very neat and tidy. And I love the location. It's in a very safe area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Nadim was terrific. Great attitude, very helpful. He also granted me a few concessions which saved me money. During the stress of moving, it was nice to know that this aspect of storage wasn't going to give me a headache. Would use his establishment again.
